The VP, Integrated Marketing Solutions is accountable for building an Integrated Marketing Strategy and aligning the teams within Marketing to deliver Marketing services and campaigns in a managed account structure across the Distribution channels of Allianz Life. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for all channels (product launches, inforce marketing, consumer marketing, corporate topics, branding, etc.). This role will be responsible for creating a structure that integrates the capabilities required to manage and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive improvements in results and gain efficiencies. This role is also accountable for the Creative, Brand, Advertising and Content Strategy capabilities of the Marketing function.
Strategy: Develops and implements an integrated marketing strategy to transform our current Marketing service delivery and campaign management model into an integrated model with cross-functional Marketing representation consolidated into integrated marketing teams.
Brand: Ensures adherence to Group brand standards. Leads the creative services (internal agency) team to deliver market leading marketing materials for AZL marketers and other key company business partners. Oversees the US Marketing efforts including management of external creative and media agencies. Integrates business needs across 7 US OEs and oversees relationship management with GMM.
Creative Services: Accountable for leading the internal agency team to deliver market leading marketing materials for AZL marketers and other key company business partners.
Content Strategy: Accountable for the strategic design, execution, and management of a holistic content strategy for the Marketing department. Includes creating, distributing and sharing content in order to engage audiences, generate leads, improve branding, and achieve other marketing goals.
Four-year degree required
11 years of relevant experience
Advanced degree preferred
