Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A.Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Coalition Project Coordinator for Madison and St. Clair Counties. The position includes oversight of a new Recovery Oriented Systems of Care grant. This grant seeks to establish community partnerships to provide community level support for individuals and families seeking or maintaining recovery.**Please note to be considered for a position you must attach a resume, complete the application, and answer all screening questions.ResponsibilitiesOversee the management and completion of objectives of the grant.In cooperation with supervisor, oversee project budget and coordinate with fiscal systems. Maintain budget documentation spreadsheets.Facilitate and assist coalition s core organizational activities including meeting facilitation, new member recruitment, new member orientation and ongoing communication among coalition entities and community stakeholders.Facilitate development of ATOD prevention knowledge, especially among leaders in the coalition and community. As needed, coordinate training events for the coalition and community.Facilitate and assist coalition s SPF activities, including assessment, selection of evidence-based strategies, implementation, and evaluation.Work with evaluator to develop, collect and analyze data.Prepare program documentation and reports.Attend all required trainings and meetings associated with the grant.Travel to various locations within the site plan area for meetings, outreach, and other grant-related activities.Fulfill agency responsibilities including staff development, monitoring research, and other responsibilities as designated by supervisor.Assure cultural competency training throughout the project for all aspects of programming to address issues of age, race, ethnicity, culture, language, sexual orientation, disability, literacy, and gender in the target population.Promote Chestnut s culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut s behavioral standards for customer service.Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course if performing job responsibilities including, but not limited, financial and client information.Other duties as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in a behavioral health field, education, or social sciences (i.e., Community Health, Sociology, Community Psychology, etc.), with at least three (3) years experience in a prevention-related field; or a Master s degree in behavioral health, education, or social sciences, with at least one (1) year experience in a prevention-related field.Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) prevention or treatment experience is preferred.Requires good organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online reporting systems preferred.Must have experience in coordinating community-based activities.Experience in providing training and community presentations preferred.Must have a valid driver s license, private automobile and be insurable.Position requires ability to travel to various locations in the site plan area (Madison and St. Clair Counties).Must obtain DCFS CANTS Child Abuse Clearance.Satisfactory completion of Chestnut s background checking process.This full-time position includes an excellent compensation and benefits package including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan with company match, generous paid time off benefits, and more.For immediate consideration, please see us at www.chestnut.org/employment***For additional information and inquiries text \"Chestnut\" to 97211Chestnut welcomes applications from qualified individuals with recovery experience.EOE Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabled
