-Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
-Execute and understand internal / external research as well as develop product requirements from key stakeholders.
-Translate this information into an effective product solution and vision, delivering on the desired value, experience and success metrics.
-Interact with a multi-disciplinary matrixed project team using agile methodologies to drive incremental and iterative work cadences using empirical feedback to validate value creation.
-Lead and achieve balance between business, technical and user requirements while delivering shippable solutions of high quality and enhancing the user experience at regularly scheduled intervals.
-Fulfill the product role within the agile team, owning the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, with autonomy to prioritize issues based on perceived user value, metrics and release planning. Responsible for this across run state and build efforts prioritizing break and/or bug fixes along with enhancements and roadmap features.
-Lead backlog grooming, spring planning and product demo sessions, inviting appropriate partners as needed. Sets, communicates and keeps team focused on sprint goals.
-Create detailed roadmap and release planning, with support and collaboration of an agile team across different functions.
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires 7-11 years related experience
