SISCO, a Cottingham & Butler company, is continuing to grow and as a result of the growth, we are looking to add an Account Manager to the team!
SISCO is a third-party benefit administration firm that is dedicated to helping our clients maximize the value of their employee benefits. We set ourselves apart from the competition by selling the experience of SISCO. We deliver an effective, yet human, experience by hiring the best employees and giving them the best technology. Our Account Managers work closely with our clients to ensure that we deliver on the experience we sell them. In this role, you will be the primary business contact for our clients. You will review options for their insurance programs and make recommendations, facilitate implementation, and troubleshoot any day-to-day problems that arise. Your clients will grow to see you as a trusted advisor and in many cases, also a friend.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and prior account management experience helpful; An insatiable desire to provide great customer service is mandatory. About the company
