Cox Automotive is hiring a Marketing Manager, CRM in Atlanta, GA. This role will own the development, execution and analysis of the B2C demand generation and lifecycle marketing campaigns for both Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. The Manager will be responsible for developing, launching and monitoring campaigns that will provide best in class consumer experience while ensuring campaigns drive towards each brands business/marketing goals.? The Manager will conduct campaign and audience analysis to make recommendations for campaign optimizations, future tests and/or the development of new campaigns.? The Manager will partner across all internal partners/stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful integration of brand messaging and products/functionality.? ? ? Executes B2C demand generation, lifecycle and loyalty programs Works with internal brand and marketing teams to develop campaign strategy and execution points for product and marketing related consumer campaigns Serves as not only the strategy lead but also the technical lead.? ? Enhances existing and creates new email templates for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book that not only leverage best practices and follow brand/site guidelines but also includes the latest in CRM technology and capabilities. Develops and/or enhances email campaigns in support of consumer site offerings such as My Autotrader, Accelerate, Private Seller, Instant Cash Offer, My KBB, Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer, Kelley Blue Book Price Advisor, Kelley Blue Book Ownership Series Analyzes and recommends consumer segments to target based on data analysis and partners to compile campaign lists and perform quality assurance Establishes performance metrics across campaigns and produces campaign reports and dashboards Liaison to the Campaign Strategy and Optimization, Brand Strategy, Sales Strategy and Product teams Works with the internal Creative Studios Team and third-party agencies ? Project Planning Identifies and documents campaign requirements Creates project plans, building out project timelines for each campaign Identifies assets and resources required for each campaign Leads the day-to-day management of projects to create campaign deliverables ? Collaboration Collaborates closely with internal and external team members to scope and build campaigns Builds relationships quickly with team members who manage marketing priorities, traffic, consumer-facing websites, sales strategy, product and more; works effectively across departments ? Analysis and Reporting Gathers data from a variety of sources within the company to enhance campaign reports Compiles data and develops consumer engagement dashboard and other reports to optimize current and future programs Develops campaign close-out reports and presentations to share results, analysis and key learnings with sales and marketing leadership Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree required 5+ years of experience in marketing/advertising within CRM/email marketing function required 3+ years of social media experience with the ability to identify synergies across social and CRM Expertise in Sales Force Marketing Cloud required Experience within the automotive, media or technology industries preferred Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing email campaigns Proven ability to gather and analyze data Budget management Project management Strong understanding and usage of web analytics tools Presentation building skills Strong time management with superb organizational skills Keeps up with market trends and brings forth recommendations?
