Responsible for the maintenance and growth of the P&L for all non-organic revenue. Requires directing organic non-refined income growth through innovation, disruption, new product and service development, and merchandising & backcourt services. Also requires leading the current C-Store Brand (APlus). Job Details: Develop, plan and execute three-year plan for organic non-refined revenue growth. This will require growth across multiple areas with a significant focus on food service development. Build, own and manage the P&L for New Product Development and the APlus Brand Direct new products/services development strategy through market research; generating product/service requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product/service introduction. Directs the nature and scope of present and future product lines through reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product/service ideas and/or product/service changes. Brings new products/services to market by analyzing proposed requirements and development programs; preparing ROI analyses; establishing time schedules with other department stakeholders. Manages short-term and long-term income forecasts and opportunities. Introduces and markets new products/services by directing time-integrated plans with operations, finance, M&A and other relevant business units. Direct the G&A and growth capital budget process. Responsible for project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports for top management. Direct merchandising team to manage and grow $13 million in EBIDTA beyond traditional C-Store structure. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Organize, direct and energize the MPD/Backcourt team to achieve department objectives and create an environment of innovation and risk taking. Provide performance feedback to motivate and improve team members performance. Direct cross functional relationships to achieve revenue/EBITDA objectives. Minimum Experience: Bachelors degree; MBA from top-tier program required. 15+ years business experience, strong background in food service, with emphasis in marketing management, customer service and digital Must be capable of understanding broad marketing strategic concepts, developing short and long-term objectives and translating them into opportunities.
