Your day to day
The Productivity Manager will provide operational support to ensure Productivity based models, training and applications drive profitability in hotels, for the benefits of owners IHG.
Providing and delivering robust reports to senior stakeholders on performance of hotel productivity, key responsibilities will include:
+ Carrying out consultation visits and reporting back to senior leaders and regional teams on findings, potential challenges and opportunities for cost saving against company targets, structures and ratios.
+ Monitoring weekly and monthly performance and reviewing with area teams and General Managers.
+ Running the annual exception process with all the managed and leased hotels to ensure that agreed exceptions are applied to the appropriate systems and tools.
+ Delivering training on systems installations based on productivity methodology.
+ Providing insightful analysis and updates to the Director of Productivity and VP Finance regarding hotel Productivity performance.
What we need from you
The successful candidate will have strong commercial finance acumen, ideally underpinned by experience gained in hotel / multi site operations, with either an HR or Finance background.
You will be able to identify trends and highlight these to senior management through clear and effective communication to help drive productivity.
With strong communication, relationship building/management and influencing skills you will have the confidence and ability to business partner with a wide stakeholder group.
