Works with departments and maintains the County's social media standards, policies, procedures and brand standards. Posts on social media accounts, develops and creates social media content, editing, monitoring online communities and channels, responding to online posts, questions, inquiries and messages. Performs and enhances search capabilities through keywords and Meta tags. Tracks and updates social media usage statistics and metrics. Organizes and coordinates social media postings, social media calendars as needed. Develops and/or updates documentation including: instruction manuals, FAQ's, knowledge documents, user manuals, help screens and/or other online help documentation.
