Sr. Administrative Coordinator

Job description:

Port of Subs is growing! We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, positive Sr., Administrative Coordinator, to help support the Franchise Development team and Contract Department needs, and grow with us. We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented administrative individual to handle the management of the process and details for various projects, processing documents and contracts, as well as managing several key informational trackers with accuracy. This position also includes project checklist management and contract compliance processing.

The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines, with many projects at varying degrees of completion at a given time, have strong written and verbal skills to communicate with office staff, franchisees, escrow officers, landlords, etc., must possess problem-solving skills, must be detail-oriented and want to have fun. What you will be Doing:

Administrative support, coordination, and guidance for the department and team, processing related transactions, and being a team player:

? Management of key spreadsheet trackers for a collection of critical data

? Contract preparation, processing, and finalization

? Administration and coordination of the entire process of a POS restaurant transferring from one owner to another - guiding the process to success using checklists and updating same for team use, as well as being a liaison with franchisees for this process

? Preparing training materials packages for sending out to franchisees and restaurant operators

? Processing contract compliance documentation, tracking and follow up - Cure documents

? Preparation of various binders and bound documents for regular use in the Dept.

? Management of lease document files, including extensions, SNDAs, Estoppels and expiration schedules

? Database management of franchise listings, registrations, and approvals

? Admin support for Development Team

? Business correspondence and writings

? Regular filing and organization of all legal documents, binder and folder preparation

? Handle property management issues with landlords at POS locations
