Rail Delivery was founded in 1981 and today operates a new state of the art facility at the intersection of the 10 and 15 freeways.
We have a current opening for a Contracts and Equipment Coordinator in Fontana, CA. In this position you will be responsible for processing used truck contracts, communicating with both vendors and potential drivers, and ensuring that Company equipment is ready for new drivers. Contracts: Receive and process new applications for our Driver Lease Programs
Contracts: Assist potential drivers from application to keys
Equipment: Spot check equipment to ensure compliance
Equipment: Update Equipment/Maintenance Database as necessary
Contract/Equipment: Additional duties as assigned
Shift: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (2) years of administrative experience (Transportation preferred)
Understanding of Word and Excel
Detail oriented and able to communicate in a professional manner with our Vendors, Owner-Operators, and Rail Delivery Staff
