Robert Half is working with a company who is looking to add a financial analyst or manager to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading the analysis of the company?s actual results and preparation and consolidation of forecasts, budgets and long-range plans, drive core finance processes for assigned functions including close process support, forecasting, reporting actual results, analyzing and driving business activities to improve performance and lead finance initiatives

Areas of Responsibility include coordinate necessary activities within Hyperion during the monthly close to consolidate financial statements and provide internal reporting, variance analysis and budget/forecast updates, creation of presentations in support of Board of Director meetings, budgets, and long range planning. Create and maintain financial models focused on the budgeting and forecasting of revenue expense items, performing monthly variance analysis, developing business cases, and investment / ROI summaries. Leverage problem solving, data manipulation, and analytical skills to address specific business requests. Ad-hoc analysis and support of financial projects as identified or directed by leadership


Education and Experience

a. Bachelor?s Degree in Finance, Accounting

b. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning

c. Proficient with Hyperion

e. Experience with Financial modeling

f. Superior analytical abilities and communications skills, and ability to partner cross-functionally

h. Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis

i. Expert understanding of Microsoft Excel

j. Exceptional financial modeling and scenario analysis skills

k. Demonstrated ability to present analyses to executives/ senior management
