Responsibilities: - Support the U.S. Bancorp all-hazards Preparedness/Emergency Management and Business Continuity programs. - Train and mentor Business Line Readiness Managers, Coordinators and Planners - Support and enforce the Enterprise Preparedness program Policy, Guidance and procedures - Ensure all regulations are observed in relation to Preparedness Policies and Guidance - Support of new policies and procedures for Enterprise Preparedness tools and applications - Provide support as needed during incidents and evaluation post-incident - Maintain working relationships with internal support and other corporate teams - Day to day tasks include: - BC Plan Reviews within our internal SLA - Process Record Reviews (BIA) - Review of ITSM, Forms (change requests) and BCRAs - Maintenance of program level docs and tools ie templates, guides and webpages - Supporting peer groups ie USB 3 rd Party, EFS and other team/initiatives - Projects and other assignments as needed
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven to ten years of experience in an applicable risk management environment - Applicable professional certifications
Preferred Skills/Experience -Five plus years of experience in Business Continuity or incident/emergency management
- Project Management training/certification - Degree/Certification in related field - Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to incidents 24/7/365. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities - Effectively apply required knowledge to training scenarios and actual incidents - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
