Main Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Communication:
Independently execute outbound phone and email campaigns around exceptional solutions from a reputable provider with over 45 years of experience
Respond to all incoming business inquiries from potential customers
Manage lead tracking database tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Track and report on prospecting and campaign opportunities and successes
Partner with other departments to identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to leads and existing customers
Join forces with the national accounts sales team to identify lead contact information and assist in warming stale leads
Keep informed of all relevant business and technology trends within the security and network industries to better serve the retail, QSR and healthcare industries
Able to passionately communicate a shared purpose between Vector Security Networks and its prospective customers

Account Development-Sales:
Interact with Loss Prevention, IT, Operations, Construction, Procurement and any relevant departments within an assigned account to enhance our value to the customer
Keep our customers competitive by providing new information on products and services
Understand and evaluate the customer's current business environment to help identify pain points and offer creative solutions
Collaborate as necessary to manage escalated issues and facilitate resolution by working with all Vector Security Networks departments
Participate in the collection of accounts receivables when required
Track the status and meet deadlines for outstanding customer proposals and requests

Customer/Prospect Interface:
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to develop new business and enhance the customer experience
Build trust and credibility with mid and senior level leadership
Effectively communicate with all internal departments to resolve customer issues or concerns within requested timeframes


  • 3 - 5 years: Sales experience - establish build and maintain effective relationships


  • Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent Work Exper. or better
