The Encore Boston Harbor Opening Extra Hotel Lobby Ambassador responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, directing guests throughout the check in and checkout process and will be accountable for all aspects the guest experience in the Lobby area. This three month position is responsible for maintaining privacy and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; acknowledging all guests as they enter the front desk areas, interacting with guests to determine need and direct to the correct team members and completing basic guest requests like duplicate keys, service requests, or directions.-.The Encore Boston Harbor Opening Extra JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
